Because great care doesn't happen by accident.

If so, we may have a place for you.

We are looking for a Client Care & Care Team Manager to help make Senior Helpers the #1 employer for caregivers while delivering an exceptional client experience.

This isn't a job where you wait for problems to land in your inbox.

Help Us Retain Clients & Caregivers

  • Recognize when the client’s need changes and communicate opportunities for additional services.
  • Help create an environment where great caregivers want to stay and great clients want to stay with us.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who is:

A people person — You genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
A detective — You notice patterns and ask questions.
A fixer — You don't need someone to hand you the solution.
A communicator — You can have difficult conversations with empathy and confidence.
An organizer — You can keep a lot moving without losing track.
A relationship builder — You understand that trust is earned.
A little relentless — If you say you'll follow up, you do.
Compassionate—but not a pushover — You care deeply and still hold people accountable.

THE BOTTOM LINE

This is for someone who wants to know people, solve problems, build relationships, and make a real difference in the lives of older adults, their families, and the caregivers who serve them.

If you're the person who naturally notices what needs to be done—and then does it—

We'd like to meet you.
