We're looking specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants who want meaningful one-on-one work with seniors — and we're backing that up with a $500 sign-on bonus and a pay rate that reflects your credentials.

What you'll earn:

• $18–$22/hr based on experience and shift type
• $500 sign-on bonus — details shared during the interview process

What we're looking for:

• Active NC CNA certification — required
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Commitment to a minimum of 25–40 hours per week
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to pass TB screening, background check, and drug screen
• Experience with dementia, Parkinson's, or other complex senior care needs is a plus
