Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekend/on-call)
Pay: $18.50 – $22.50/hour, depending on experience
Start Date: September 8, 2025

Position Summary
We’re seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Care Coordinator to manage scheduling, client service, and caregiver coordination. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, communicates well by phone, and enjoys solving problems.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule caregivers, manage callouts, and fill shifts as needed

Answer phones and provide excellent client and caregiver support

Track timesheets, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain records

Assist with caregiver onboarding, training, and new hire paperwork

Respond to new client inquiries and coordinate in-home assessments

Keep the office organized and well-stocked
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training a plus

Experience in home care, healthcare, scheduling, or office coordination preferred

Strong phone and customer service skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology (WellSky a plus)

Willing to step in for client visits if needed
