We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and dependable caregivers for an immediate opening in Strongsville, working noon–5:00 p.m., two to three days per week. 

Your reliability brings peace of mind to seniors and the families who love them.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes in condition.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and everyday routines.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Help seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Senior Helpers office staff.
• Accurately document care and promptly report concerns.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliability, punctuality, and timely communication are essential.
• No prior caregiving experience required—we provide training and support.
• CNA/STNA, LPN, RN, nursing students, and applicants with relevant healthcare experience are welcome.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass required background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug screening.
• Compassion for seniors and a sincere desire to serve others.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour ($2.00 added for weekend shifts)
