CNA/Caregiver – Looking for Extra Hours? Flexible Weekday/Weekend Shifts + Paid PTO!

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, Flexible hours
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour, based on experience
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience with a home care agency, senior living community, or healthcare facility.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience with a home care agency, senior living community, or healthcare facility – REQUIRED

• CNA certification preferred

• Must be flexible and willing to pick up additional shifts, including fill-in, call-out coverage, and as-needed assignments based on client needs.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Experience assisting with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Compassionate and comfortable working with seniors

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills

• Spanish-speaking caregivers are a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction

• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

• Follow individualized client care plans

• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and our office team

• Arrive on time and provide dependable, consistent care
