Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living: Grooming, dressing, showers, laundry/housekeeping
• Transferring and positioning of client with gait belt, hoyer lift, sliding board
• Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
• Companionship, assist with favorite activities and conversation
• Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, & prescription pick up
