Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Senior Helpers of Warrenton is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support client visits, assist with care plan oversight, and provide guidance to caregivers and families in a non-medical home care setting. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and detail-oriented, committed to improving the quality of life for our senior clients through attentive care and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled client visits
• Assist with client assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Support implementation and updates of care plans
• Provide education and guidance to family caregivers
• Communicate client status changes to clinical leadership
• Support CNA caregivers through observation and feedback

Requirements

• Valid LPN license
• Experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate approach to client care
