Caregiver

In this role, you will build meaningful relationships while providing essential support that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence for older adults in their own homes. We thoughtfully match caregivers with clients and offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. Prior experience in assisted living, independent living, senior communities, nursing homes, home care, or similar healthcare settings is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable individuals with a passion for serving seniors
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field preferred
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to learn and grow

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified home environment
