Senior Helpers Greater San Antonio is seeking a driven, relationship‑focused Sales & Marketing Manager to expand our referral network and grow our private pay home care services throughout the Greater San Antonio area. This is a high‑visibility, field‑based role ideal for a motivated “hunter” who thrives on building partnerships, generating referrals, and representing a nationally recognized leader in senior care.

Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding referral relationships across the Greater San Antonio healthcare community. This role drives company growth through strategic outreach, daily relationship‑building, digital marketing coordination, and consistent follow‑up with referral partners.

You will represent Senior Helpers at hospitals, senior living communities, physician offices, home health agencies, hospice organizations, rehabilitation centers, and community events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships throughout the San Antonio market
• Conduct 8–10 referral source contacts per day through in‑person visits, calls, presentations, and networking
• Generate private pay home care referrals and service opportunities
• Build partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities, home health, hospice, physician groups, VA, and other healthcare organizations
• Represent Senior Helpers at healthcare events, networking functions, and community outreach opportunities
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts with leadership (social media, digital ads, campaigns)
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Maintain consistent follow‑up with referral partners and prospective clients
• Track referral activity, outreach efforts, KPIs, and sales pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic initiatives and market trends
• Meet or exceed sales objectives
• Always represent Senior Helpers with professionalism

Qualifications

• 1+ years of healthcare business development, home care marketing, or healthcare sales experience
• Existing referral relationships within the San Antonio healthcare market strongly preferred
• Proven success generating referrals and growing census/revenue
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage territory activity, and stay organized
• Knowledge of the senior care continuum and private pay services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Greater San Antonio area
