Position Overview

Senior Helpers of Chatham County is hiring a Care Team Lead to supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring proper and adequate coverage of all scheduled shifts. This is a high-responsibility role requiring quick decision-making, accountability, and leadership skills. Must be trainable with a growth mindset.  The right fit will have career advancement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Scheduling Care Team

- Fill all open shifts and eliminate coverage gaps
- Enforce scheduling and attendance policies
- Respond to urgent scheduling needs immediately
- Cover shifts personally when needed
- Conduct field visits and monitor caregiver performance
- Support client relationships and address concerns

Requirements

- Must have Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia

- Must have 2 years Caregiving Experience in Private Duty Home Care

- Must have demonstrated leadership experience

- Must have strong communication skills

- Must have proven reliability and attendance.

- Must have current driver’s license and good driving record.

- Must provide at least 2 Professional Job References

 - Must be highly reliable and responsive
- Must answer calls/messages promptly (within 15–30 minutes)
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call
- Must be ready to leave immediately for urgent coverage
- Strong organization and logical decision-making skills

Compensation

Base Pay: $16- $18/hr

W/ bonus plan ($200+ wk potential)

Guaranteed 40 hours/week

90- day probation period

Company vehicle after probation.

Pay increase based on performance.
