Lead Caregiver

Senior Helpers is looking for a manager at a senior facility in the Sparks area. We need someone who is:

• Dedicated (30+ hours weekly)
• Compassionate
• Works well with team members

The tasks required of this position would be:

• Managing a small group of caregivers (6-12 people)
  • Training and on boarding if necessary
• Scheduling caregiver shifts and managing on going schedules
• Assessing clients and keeping up with care plans
• Working with staff of the facility
• Coordinating meetings internally and externally
• Able to provide in-home care if necessary
• Relationship building with facility

Qualifications:

• One to three years related experience
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
• Self-direction with exceptional communication skills
• Technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and able to work under time pressures and manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare recruiting a plus
