As a Float Caregiver, you'll provide essential coverage for clients across Sheboygan County, stepping in when care is needed most. If you're dependable, adaptable, and passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you.

Pay: Starting at $19.50+/hour
Location: Sheboygan County
Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, weekends, and on-call opportunities

What You'll Do

• Fill scheduled and last-minute client assignments throughout Sheboygan County
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments
• Monitor client well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What We're Looking For

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving, assisted living, or home care experience
• Ability to accept last-minute assignments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Local resident of Sheboygan County
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
