Senior Helpers of North Hudson is hiring Certified Home Health Aides for permanent, ongoing cases across North Hudson. We're a locally owned, veteran-owned agency — not a call center. When you call our office, you get the owners.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $17–$23 per hour, depending on the case
• Paid orientation and training at $15.50/hr — you get paid from day one
• Permanent cases, not one-off shifts. We match you with a client and keep you there
• Work close to home: North Bergen, Union City, West New York, Weehawken, Guttenberg, Hoboken and Jersey City
• Part-time, full-time and live-in cases — days, evenings and weekends
• Paid every other Friday by direct deposit
• Free ongoing training, online and on your schedule
• $150 bonus every time you refer another CHHA who works with us
• A nurse on call and an office that actually answers the phone

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active New Jersey CHHA certificate — or you're on the NJ Board's eligibility list waiting on your certificate, we'll work with you
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• New Jersey resident
• Reliable, on time, and comfortable one-on-one in a client's home
• Comfortable talking with English-speaking clients and their families
