Non-Medical Caregiver

Caregiver Wanted – Aliso Viejo, CA

What You’ll Do

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Help with IADLs: meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and report changes in client condition

What We’re Looking For

• Professional or personal caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Able to work independently and follow care plans

Pay & Benefits

• $18–$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit

Caregiver Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
