Position Overview

This role focuses on providing comprehensive, hands-on support to a bed-bound client, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full assistance with personal care: bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, repositioning, etc.
• Companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation (using client or caregiver vehicle)
• Monitoring for signs of discomfort or medical concerns
• Clocking in/out and communication via mobile device

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with bed-bound clients or individuals with limited mobility
• CNA or HHA certification (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification
• Level 2 Florida background screening
• Completed HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer’s CEUs
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling (Matrix app)
