In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office—helping with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and overall office operations. If you’re proactive, detail-driven, and love creating a positive work environment, we’d love to meet you! We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just complete tasks but actively looks for solutions, streamlines processes, and helps the office run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls as needed.

Be the first friendly face (and voice!) for visitors, employees, and applicants.

Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires feel welcome and set up for success.
Employee Relations & HR Support

Answer employee questions and support them with policies and procedures.

Keep employee records up-to-date and help with HR initiatives.

Plan employee appreciation events and manage social media to celebrate our amazing team!
Payroll & Administrative Support

Work with payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Track PTO, leaves, and benefits.

Handle data entry, filing, and office reports.

Assist with billing, invoicing, and other finance-related administrative tasks.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars.

Support leadership with special projects and reporting as needed.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure everything we do follows state, federal, and company regulations.

Assist with audits and prepare HR-related reports.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or HR preferred.

1–3 years of administrative experience (HR experience a big plus!).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you thrive in a busy environment.

Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
