Registered Nurse (PRN)

We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and professional Registered Nurse to join our home care team on a PRN basis. In this role, you'll oversee client care, complete nursing assessments, supervise aides, and help ensure high-quality care for VA and Medicaid clients in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Complete nursing assessments, reassessments, observations, and care planning documentation
• Reassess VA clients every 60 days and/or as needed
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on client needs
• Coordinate with management on quality care and operational procedures
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and caregivers
• Respond professionally and promptly to client complaints regarding caregivers
• Protect patient rights and promote home safety procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and professional nursing standards

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (required)
• BSN preferred
• Home care experience (required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required)
• CEUs maintained per Board of Nursing requirements
