Immediate openings available! Senior Helpers is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for daytime and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends, in the Yellow Springs area.

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay based on experience, up to $16/hour
- Immediate openings with a variety of shifts
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Shift differentials:
- $1 more for weekday nights (6 PM–6 AM)
- $1.50 more for weekend days (6 AM–6 PM)
- $2 more for weekend nights (6 PM–6 AM)

Responsibilities:
- Assist seniors with personal care
- Provide companionship
- Assist with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our team
Qualifications:
- Passion and commitment to helping others
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Previous senior care experience is a big plus!
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Commitment to a minimum of 20 stable hours per week is required to support consistent client care
