Essential Functions:

• 3 days a week; Mon, Wed and Fri; 8am-12pm
• Delivering exceptional care to the female client in their family home
• Need a dependable PCA/CNA with Dementia experience
• Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with client and their family
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, medication reminder, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
