This leadership role includes: 

  • Assisting with caregiver orientations and our Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT)
  • Supervising, training, and scheduling our RN staff
  • Responding to auditory and high-level clinical questions
  • Ensuring all practices align with Minnesota state regulations

 

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role, and it has the potential to grow into a Director of Nursing position in the near future.
