Join Senior Helpers as an overnight caregiver and provide personalized support to seniors in their own homes. We’re looking for caring individuals who understand that thoughtful assistance and reliable communication matter—at every hour.

In this role, you will provide personal care as well as companionship, following each client’s individual care plan. We’re seeking caregivers who are comfortable assisting with hands-on needs, including toileting, dressing, hygiene, and mobility—not solely providing companion services.

What You’ll Do

• Support clients with nighttime personal care and daily living needs

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care when included in the care plan

• Provide mobility, transfer, and positioning assistance consistent with your training

• Help with evening and morning routines during your scheduled hours

• Offer calm reassurance and companionship when clients are awake

• Respond to requests for assistance throughout the shift

• Observe and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members

• Complete accurate care notes and shift documentation
