We are seeking motivated, professional Sales Consultants who are driven to succeed in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. This role focuses on guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process while delivering a seamless and transparent experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage showroom and internet customers promptly
  • Conduct needs analysis and present appropriate vehicle options
  • Perform product demonstrations and test drives
  • Present pricing and payment options clearly and confidently
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects (phone, text, email)
  • Utilize CRM to track all customer interactions and pipeline activity
  • Work closely with management and F&I to structure and finalize deals
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions
  • Prospect through service lane, referrals, the Florida Mall, and personal network
  • Qualifications
  • Automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Performance Expectations
  • Achieve monthly unit sales targets
  • Maintain strong closing ratios
  • Consistent CRM activity and follow-up discipline
  • High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance
  • Appointment set and show rate accountability
