Seats designs, manufactures, and markets seating and accessories for operators of vehicles with wheels or tracks. Our products appear in over-the-highway semi-tractors, turf care, off-highway equipment, military vehicles, and emergency vehicles.

Seats Incorporated is currently seeking employees to perform the various assembly operations required to construct custom seating products used in various industries including commercial truck, off highway, and turf customers.                             

The assembly positions perform a variety of manufacturing operations to construct custom seating products.

1st Shift Hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm. Possibility of overtime on Friday.

2nd Shift Hours are Monday through Thursday, 3:45pm-2:15am. Possibility of overtime on Friday.

Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Place parts in specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples glues/cements.

  • Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions.

  • Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.

  • Must be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations.

  • Read and follow work instructions.

  • Ability to navigate computer systems to look up work instructions, cross reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production tables. 

  • Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.

  • Must be able to stand for up to 10 hour per day.
