SDM Transport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Billing department. As a Billing employee, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing inquiries or disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in billing or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
