Key Responsibilities:

• Present financing and insurance products to customers in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner.

• Secure and process financing through our network of lenders and financial institutions.

• Offer extended warranties, vehicle service contracts, and other F&I products to enhance customer protection.

• Ensure all legal and regulatory paperwork is completed accurately and timely.

• Maintain a strong relationship with sales and service departments to improve the overall customer experience.

• Stay current on lending programs, rates, and dealership compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an automotive F&I role (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Working knowledge of federal and state compliance regulations.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
