Service Advisor

Scott Kia of Limerick is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organize and distribute the days’ schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop; selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.

Create a 5-star experience while leading each customer through the service journey, to inspire trust and loyalty. Maintain, at minimum, an 950 CSI score monthly.

Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments; at the same time, attentively communicating to the customer and coordinating vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department.

Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership for the resolutions of customer service concerns

Salary:  $45,000+ per year

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
