The Concierge at Scott Honda is motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing.  The individual in this position is a key team player that answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.  Assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving concerns. Acts as the first impression as well as the final interface with the customer.  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and punctual manner.
• Assist in-house guests by walking them to area's needed.
• Seek solutions when addressing issues.
• Offer coffee, water, cafe or waiting area's while guests are waiting.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Answer calls, emails and other messages in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Ensure that guest lounges, children's area's, cafe, etc. are tidy and comfortable.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule, available for afternoons/evenings/weekends
