Service Advisor

Schicker Ford of Union is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you’re ready to excel in a fast-paced automotive service environment and want a long-term career with opportunities to grow, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer. 

• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. 

• Keep customers informed with regular updates on vehicle status and repairs. 

• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates and explain recommended services clearly. 

• Maximize daily technician productivity by effectively managing repair orders. 

• Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians. 

• Take ownership of the customer experience from drop-off to vehicle return. 

• Perform active delivery by reviewing completed work and associated costs with customers. 

Qualifications: 

• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Organized, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Commitment to excellent customer service 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

• Automotive service knowledge preferred, but not required 

• Prior Service Advisor experience preferred (1+ year) 

• Ford or dealership experience a plus 

• DealerTrack DMS experience a plus 

• All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
