Automotive Service Technician - Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Job Duties:

• Execute vehicle repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders, ensuring efficiency and accuracy while adhering to dealership and factory standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage workflow and customer interactions.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Clearly explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including both employees and customers.
• Stay updated on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training sessions as needed.
• Keep store management informed of mechanical repair issues as they arise.
• Maintain a well-organized work area.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ Automotive Service Technician experience
• Missouri State Inspector License Preferred
• ASE /Manufacturer certifications desirable, not required, other manufacturer experience welcome
• Excellent customer service
• Valid Driver’s License
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

**Pay is dependent on experience**
