Position Summary
As the Front Office Manager, you will lead the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage team performance, and maintain AC Hotels’ brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering polished, attentive hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all Front Desk operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and welcoming service.

Train, mentor, and schedule front desk staff to ensure exceptional performance and compliance with brand standards.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Manage daily reporting, billing, and auditing tasks to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.

Uphold Marriott’s and AC Hotels’ service and appearance standards, ensuring brand consistency.

Monitor and manage guest satisfaction scores and implement service improvement initiatives.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for Front Desk staff.

Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively, ensuring guest and employee safety.

Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of front office supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment (Marriott experience preferred but not required).

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality guest service.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera or similar PMS preferred).
