What You’ll Do

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and ordering

• Accurately source, quote, and invoice GM parts and accessories

• Utilize Dealerlogix to support efficient repair workflows and parts availability

• Process transactions, returns, and special orders using Dealertrack

• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established GM procedures

• Communicate clearly with the service department to minimize delays and backorders

• Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional parts department

What Success Looks Like

• Accurate part sourcing with minimal errors or returns

• Strong support of the service department to maximize shop efficiency

• Consistent organization and inventory accuracy

• Positive working relationships with technicians, advisors, and management

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Previous Parts Advisor experience

• GM dealership experience

• Working knowledge of GM parts catalogs and procedures

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Professional communication and team-first mindset

Nice to Have

• Inventory control or wholesale parts experience

• Familiarity with GM warranty and return processes
