RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend weekly sales meeting
  • Respond to internet sales leads within 10 minutes
  • Assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
  • Identify customer needs and suggest possible options
  • Present vehicles to customers
  • Accompany customers on test drives
  • Ensure that each vehicle is returned to its place on the lot if not sold
  • Explain the deal terms to the customer
  • Consult with the sales manager as necessary during deal negotiation
  • If unable to close the deal, turn over to the sales manager
  • Introduce all customers to the service and schedule the first service
  • Contact every customer within 24 hrs after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • File all paperwork and keep the desk clean
  • Reach out to previous customers
  • Maintain all training and certifications at 100%
  • Dress appropriately-no jeans or t-shirts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Automotive background is a plus
  • Sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The drive to excel
  • Drivers license
