Dealership Service Cashier

San Tan Ford in Gilbert, AZ is looking for a Service Cashier / Rental Agent to be the first face customers see when they arrive at the service department. The role combines cashiering, phone coverage, appointment scheduling, and the vehicle rental process, with general administrative support mixed in. The right candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable switching between customers, calls, and paperwork throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome service customers with a professional, friendly greeting as they arrive

• Collect payment on service invoices accurately, whether by cash, card, or financing

• Set up customer vehicle rentals and support the rental process from pickup to return

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the right department or team member

• Book service appointments and keep the service calendar organized

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming

• Handle filing, scanning, and data entry as part of daily administrative support

• Give customers accurate information and timely help so every visit ends on a good note

What We're Looking For

• Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

• Comfortable working on a busy, team-oriented service drive

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Valid driver's license preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required
