Automotive Service Technician

San Tan Ford is looking for a skilled and motivated Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles and is Ford Certified. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy

• Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostic checks using specialized tools and equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding any additional service needs and repair timelines

• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all dealership procedures

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ford Certification preferred

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Ability to use modern diagnostic and repair equipment

• Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
