Finance Manager

Santa FE Mazda is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Finance Manager to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will work closely with sales and financial institutions to secure and finalize vehicle financing and insurance products. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing and insurance options to suit their needs and financial qualifications.
• Prepare and process all finance and lease contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
• Stay current on automotive finance laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to increase finance department profitability through effective product offering and negotiations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, vehicle financing, and related laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
