Description of the role:


The Service Department Administrative Assistant at Sands Chevrolet Surprise will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of the service department. This service department is extremely large and works at an extremely fast pace This individual will be responsible for handling various clerical tasks, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records while the ability to multitask is crucial.

Responsibilities:


- Assist with maintaining accounting schedules
- Assist with payroll functions of department
- Maintaining departmental schedules
- Assisting customers with inquiries and requests backup cashier duties
- Assist with managers and service advisors with performance charts and graphs

Requirements:

- CDK computer system and dealership experience is REQUIRED
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Monday - Friday  7am-4pm
