Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with service technicians and customers about vehicle service status and recommendations.
• Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and parts orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote additional vehicle services and products as appropriate.

Requirements
