Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair common automotive issues to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle needs, service recommendations, and status updates.
• Work collaboratively with team members and service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep up to date on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a Quicklane/express service environment preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
