Position Overview

As an A/C & Trim Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle climate control systems and interior/exterior trim components to Lincoln and Ford factory standards. You’ll work alongside a professional team in a clean, well-equipped shop that supports doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair A/C and HVAC systems on Lincoln and Ford vehicles

• Perform interior and exterior trim repairs, adjustments, and installations

• Diagnose electrical concerns related to climate control and trim systems

• Follow Lincoln and Ford repair procedures and warranty guidelines

• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation

• Collaborate with advisors and technicians to ensure top-tier service quality

• Uphold dealership safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Lincoln and/or Ford Certification required (A/C & Trim preferred)

• Strong diagnostic skills in HVAC and trim systems

• Experience with electrical diagnostics is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
