Retail Parts Sales Associate

Sanderson Ford and Parts Mart in Glendale, AZ are looking for a Retail Parts Sales Associate to join its parts department front counter team. This role serves walk-in customers directly, helping them find the right parts, recommending related items, and processing transactions accurately. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred for this position. Sanderson Ford has served the Phoenix area for over 70 years and is Ford's most awarded dealership for customer service, making this an environment where good people are recognized and supported!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day with a 60-minute lunch, plus every third Saturday from 7AM to 3PM.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers at the front counter in identifying and sourcing the right parts for their vehicles
• Offer related parts and add-on recommendations based on each customer's order
• Build lasting customer relationships through consistent, knowledgeable service
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and credits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support fellow counter staff to maintain high service standards across the department

What We're Looking For

• Prior automotive parts experience required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficient with computers and phones; both are used daily
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions without losing accuracy
• Must pass a background check and drug test — this is a safety-sensitive position
