Full-Time Automotive Lot Attendant – Mazda Bloomington

Our Mazda dealership in Bloomington, IL is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Full-Time Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being around cars, trucks, and SUVs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

No previous dealership experience is required—we're willing to train the right candidate!

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the dealership lot and vehicle inventory

• Park, arrange, and move vehicles to designated locations

• Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery

• Remove protective plastics, stickers, and other materials from new vehicles

• Assist the Sales and Service Departments with moving and delivering vehicles as needed

• Ensure vehicles on display are clean, fueled, and ready for customers

• Report any vehicle damage or mechanical concerns to management

• Keep dealership entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and landscaping clean and free of debris

• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily dealership operations

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Ability to follow directions and work independently

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles

• Willingness to assist other departments when needed

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
