As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll help connect customers with our sales team, manage internet leads, schedule appointments, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat
- Follow up with internet leads and existing customers
- Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team
- Build rapport and create a positive first impression with every customer
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Support sales managers with lead management and business development efforts
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous customer service, call center, retail sales, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
