What You'll Do
-
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
-
Schedule and confirm customer appointments
-
Follow up with customers before and after their dealership visit

Coordinate sold vehicle deliveries with customers and the sales team

Ensure sold vehicles are detailed, fueled, inspected, and delivery-ready

Work with the detail department to prioritize vehicle preparation

Assist the Finance & Insurance department with organizing deal paperwork and required delivery documents

Verify all paperwork is complete prior to customer delivery

Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes
-
Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
