Responsibilities

• Process tax payments and title assignments accurately and in a timely manner
• Register vehicles and complete dealer trade paperwork
• Prepare and submit paperwork for out-of-state transactions
• Reconcile monthly statements and accounting entries
• Stock in new and used vehicle inventory
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Illinois regulations
• Cross-train to support various office and accounting functions
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Office Manager
• Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, stocking supplies, and maintaining organization

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive titling experience required
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations and title processes
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable handling phone inquiries and resolving issues
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic
• Experience with CDK, CVR, ATC, Dealertrack, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Familiarity with McDavid products and Illinois dealership compliance is a plus
