Responsibilities
-
Perform assigned repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards

Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify system issues
-
Diagnose, maintain, and repair major vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and HVAC
-
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of needed repairs, costs, and timelines
-
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Support a safe, clean, and organized shop environment

Stay current with Ford training, ASE certifications, and industry updates
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
ASE Certification preferred but not required
-
2+ years of professional Service Technician experience; prior Ford dealership experience preferred

Proven knowledge of diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair
-
Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment with accuracy

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Positive, customer-first attitude and ability to work in a team setting

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise work

Willingness to adapt to new technology, repair procedures, and specifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
