This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a wide range of vehicle systems. Responsibilities

• Perform assigned repair orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards

• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify system issues

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair major vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and HVAC

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed of needed repairs, costs, and timelines

• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

• Support a safe, clean, and organized shop environment

• Stay current with Ford training, ASE certifications, and industry updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• ASE Certification preferred but not required

• 2+ years of professional Service Technician experience; prior Ford dealership experience preferred

• Proven knowledge of diagnostics, electrical systems, and engine repair

• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment with accuracy

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Positive, customer-first attitude and ability to work in a team setting

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise work

• Willingness to adapt to new technology, repair procedures, and specifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
