Sames Ford is looking for a BDC Associate to join our team! The Business Development Center (BDC) Associate will be responsible for handling incoming sales phone calls and internet leads. Assisting the customer through the purchase process serving as a guide and point of contact, from confirming sales appointments to performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.

Essential Functions:
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Manage Internet sales leads
- Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
- Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and able to submit to a driving record check.
