Areas of Coverage include: Riverside and surrounding areas

This is a W2 position, 1099 will not be considered.    

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

- Must be a licensed PT in CA 
- Home Health Experience is preferred
- Oasis Experience a Plus!
- At least 1 year of PT experience
- Reliable transportation
