Experienced Ford Parts Counter Person

Full Time parts position for an experienced Ford counter person, wholesale experience strongly preferred. 

Job Requirements:

Answer phones, 

Respond to emails 

Process both online and phone orders 

Efficiently operate email, phones, collisionlink, repairlink, and DMS systems. 

Provide exceptional customer service on a continuous basis

Process and manage customer returns in a timely manner

Follow established inventory control and management processes
