Responsibilities
  • Process documents for in state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed.
  • Complete and submit out of state purchase paperwork to proper DMV and customer.
  • Work well with other departments to complete missing paperwork/signatures.
  • Have good phone mannerisms when speaking with customers/vendors/co-workers.
  • Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. 
  • Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Highly organized and eagerness to improve
  • Requires a level of organization and patience.
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Work with all levels of employee
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
