The primary focus of the dock hand's responsibilities is to focus on the customer, safety is of the utmost importance. Dockhands shall carryout their duties in a manner that assures safety for themselves, the customer, and marina property.  This position will be dockhand and be cross trained to work the rental counter.  

• Assist with all aspects of the full-service fuel dock and the boat rental fleet
• Assist boaters with docking boats upon arrival.
• Assist with boaters upon departure from the marina.
• Clean, inspect and report on the condition of the rental fleet
• Assist and support special events at the marina that may take place outside of normal operating hours
• Clean restrooms, docks, walkways, sidewalks, equipment, and all other areas of the facility
• Provide exceptional guest service to marina guests by assisting in any manner necessary.
• Take rental reservations and assist with snack bar as needed. 
• Assist with groundskeeping or maintenance tasks as needed.
• Must be able to swim

Candidates must be 18 or older by start date. Previous customer service experience with cash handling required. Open availability for the summer months required including days, nights, weekends & holidays. Requires lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods of time.
